What athletes won't say out loud.
Athletes know things about their sport that never make it into official numbers, because saying them out loud can cost a spot, a contract or a scholarship. LockerIndex exists to count those things honestly, anonymously and independently, and to publish what we find.

How we work
- Anonymous by design
- No names, logins or team names. Answers are stored without any contact details. If someone leaves an email for results, it goes into a separate list that is never linked to their answers.
- Minimum group sizes
- Nothing from a report is published until 30 athletes have answered, and no subgroup smaller than 10 is ever shown publicly or to any customer.
- Independent
- LockerIndex is not owned by or affiliated with any team, league, players' association, sponsor or insurer. Organizations can buy access to combined data or commission a topic; no one can buy an individual answer or change a finding.
- Honest about limits
- Our surveys are open to any eligible athlete who chooses to take part, so they are not random samples, and answers are self-reported. Every report says who responded and how, so readers can judge the numbers for themselves.
- Plain language
- Every finding is written as a sentence anyone can quote, with the number of athletes behind it.
Not medical advice
LockerIndex is not a medical service and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you're worried about a head injury, see a doctor. Concussion warning signs
